How to get to Mira
Mira sits on the coast between Aveiro and Figueira da Foz, with easy access via the A17 and A14 motorways. The house has private parking, so driving is the most practical option.
By car (approximate distances)

- Porto — about 110 km, 1h15.
- Lisbon — about 230 km, 2h20.
By plane
Porto airport (Francisco Sá Carneiro) is the closest, just over an hour by car. Lisbon is about 2h20 away. In either case we recommend renting a car: the region is best enjoyed with your own wheels.
By train and bus
The Linha do Norte railway serves Coimbra and Aveiro; from there, buses connect to Mira. It's doable without a car, but timetables are limited — tell us how you're travelling and we'll help plan the last leg.
